A: Witch Mansion is located at 186 Essex Street, Salem, Massachusetts. We are on the pedestrian walkway diagonally across from the Peabody Essex Museum. Click here for a map!

Q: Is Witch Mansion scary?
A: Of course! Witch Mansion is frightfully scary AND fun. As Salem’s premiere haunted museum, we feature ghostly illusions and high-tech, animated monsters and creatures of the night! Our movie-quality sets will make YOU a believer.

Q: Can I bring my children?
A: Yes, but as the child's parent, only you know whether a frightening entertainment experience would be appropriate for them.

Q: Will Witch Mansion remain open if it rains?
A: We are always open as scheduled.

Q: Where do I park?
A: We are within a few hundred yards of the parking garage at Museum Place.

Q: Are there things I am not allowed to bring to Witch Mansion?
A: For the safety of all patrons, Witch Mansion does not allow pets, alcoholic beverages, or weapons inside the museum. Safety is a top priority for our team.

Q: Is photography/videography allowed?
A: Sorry, Witch Mansion prohibits all photography and video recording on the museum grounds.

Q: Do you have an ATM on site?
A: Unfortunately, no. But we are near plenty of options. Click here for local ATM information.

Q: Does Witch Mansion offer refunds?
A: WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. However, we will honor online ticket sales through October 2021, if you choose to postpone your visit.
